- Woke up at Angela's and trekked it back from St Peter's with the girls.
- Nathan picked me up and we hung out for one hour before I had to depart for a torture session at Boost.
- Back to Ange's family house for Jaimie's 19th and Halloween prep. Dalmation costume as last resort. But killer eyeliner!
- Halloween rampage with Ange and Nicole from Jaimie's 19th to a 21st at The Oxford to Pazza's party in Bondi.
- Stayed at Ange's again. Dreading the Groundhog Day of tomorrow.
- Caught an early bus to Miranda and bought a few things from Sportsgirl, a white blazer and plain white singlet.
- Close at Boost with Matt. New girls in for trial. Always a hassle.
- Met Nicole at Miranda for a long Thai dinner while we waited to see...
- An Education (2009). Very cute and relatable film, for me anyway. Beautifully shot as well.
- Nathy picked me up. Counting down the days till we can hang out again.
- Caught an early bus to work and went to Miranda. Sat in the boiling 30 degree sun at the station. So hot and sweaty, I went and bought deodorant.
- Boost was hell. Actual hell.
- Caught a train in to Bondi and met Iain, Carlie, Michael and Nicole for Beach Road fun.
- Continued to destroy my pool reputation with awful performances.
- Trained it home and planned for a KFC graduation feast party for Carlie and myself. Couldn't remember this until Carlie made an event on FB the next day.
- Nath and I both had a day off for once. But I didn't want to stay at home because he was busy working on Granddad's slideshow and his thesis
- Nicole picked me up and we went to Oatley Park for Hal's birthday
- Sat around in the sun all day, and got stuck in Oatley when Nathan refused to pick me up after he finished soccer
- Eventually trekked it out of the Park with everyone, after hours of watching the boys play handball
- Caught a bus to Sutherland, picked up some Indian for Nath and I, and went home for dinner.
- Open at Boost 7:30-1
- Was supposed to meet Dee and Josh for lunch but it was called off. Sad face.
- Nan and Pop picked me up and we bought chicken and bread rolls. Went back to Mum and Dad's and had a family lunch.
- Couldn't decide whether to go to Opera Bar to meet everyone after the races. Tried to organise a BBQ at Angela's new place instead. But that didn't work out.
- Gave up on the idea of going out and stayed home with Dad, watching Star Trek (2009).
- Bistro open 11-2
- Had to wait for a bus again, so went down to change over the beer kegs with Iain. His friend has a Falls ticket for me!
- Decided that the managers from the pub probably think that Iain and I are in love, because I always hang around after I finish work. But that's just because of the bus!
- Tash picked me up and we went to Oxford Street for Andre's birthday. He had a new tattoo. Pretty awesome.
- We never went to Ruby Rabbit because it was rap night or something. Got a lift home with Tasho.
- Decided to organise a lovely lunch for all of my friends who are graduating this year!
- Looked up all of the roles in marketing again to try to work out what I would be doing if I got the Clemenger job.
- Tash came over and we sussed her post-grad opportunities for media study, talked shit and came up with some fun holiday plans
- Went to the noodle markets in Hyde Park with Tash to meet Nicole, but she was kept back at work forever and didn't make it. The markets were ridiculously packed. What a silly idea
- Had my first ever pork bun! Delicious!
- A morning of emails!
- Tried to secure Nina's Falls tickets.
- Convinced Nath to ditch soccer training to see (500) Days of Summer, the first tickets I've ever won to anything!
- Went to Bizzo's to see Tame Impala afterwards
- Saw Dee for the first time in ages! She wanted to kick someone for insulting Cam's vest. I'd missed her Aquarian spirit.
- Opened at Boost on Spring Fair. Hectic.
- Caught the train into the city and shopped around Chinatown
- Went to Angela's to meet her, Kit and Sarah. Nicole and Laura also joined.
- Cocktail madness and MTV. Ange spewed.
- The most expensive trip to Carmen's ever! Walked to Town Hall on my own, train to Rockdale, Taxi to Miranda. Made it just in time and saw the pub crew and soccer boys.
- Went in to Uni early with Nate and sat at Manning finishing off Popism: The Warhol Sixties. Good book.
- Tutorial time. Amz and I were pretty much the only ones who had done the work. Lucy didn't show up!
- Sat in the sun with my Mar's Bar and croissant and had lunch with Amz
- Met Nath on the oval for Bento, but I'd already eaten.
- Charged my phone at the Apple Store then met Ange and Nicole for a fashion sale and dinner at Thai in Surry Hills.
- Open at Boost. When will the torture end?
- Went home before Prue's Birthday shindig, for a quick nap with Nath.
- Overslepped and arrived at The Lounge at 5:00pm. A cocktail and some tempura fish. Delicious.
- Took photos with my Diana F + Instant Back. Trying to learn how to use it.
- Party moved onwards to Northies. No Fusion for me. A lift home with Lewis via Maccas.
- Once again tried to find the best course in film to do after I finish my degree in a few weeks! Seem to be spending a lot of time trying to work out what to do next these days
- Spoke to my sister. Apparently her and Geoff are over for good. But she says that ever few weeks
- Lift to Cronulla with Mum and Dad and their friends. Mum picked me out a nice wine that she thought I would like, after I whined about hating drinking at restaurants cause wine is disgusting
- Dinner at Royal O with the girls from school. We are always so loud. I lose my voice at our dinners and everyone else in the restaurant hates us. People asked to move! I don't know why we are so damn loud.
- On to the Lounge for more fun. A Canadian guy bought us bottles of Champagne for Prue's Birthday. Didn't get home till 2:30, which was late considering my early start the next morning. Prue ended up sleeping at Nathan's with me after we made a bad taxi decision.
- Tried to find a video of someone singing Happy Birthday Melissa on YouTube for my sister's birthday
- Called Liss and listened to her read out all of her birthday messages.
- Waited at Grays Point turnoff for Sam and Paul. Spoke to Amz on the phone to pass the time. Excited for Saturday girls dinner.
- Went to dinner at Thai Passion in Newtown with Angela, Nicole, Sam, Paul and Sarah.
- Phoenix at the Enmore! Had a great view and lots of space. They were such a great band to see live. Lots of energy and a good mix of old and new songs.
- Tsuki. Jess and Jane were both away. Moh.
- Convinced Nath to catch the train to Kings Cross to meet me.
- Double date, double dinner with Nicole and Mitch. The most delicious tempura chicken at a Japanese restaurant, then sweet and sour main at Thai. Fatties!
- Met up with everyone at Chingalings, but didn't stay long. Nath was covered in dirt still from soccer and I had to open the next day.
- Arrived at Nath's house and found a cylinder container from the post office. We both knew it was his Bachelor's Degree from the Gong. I performed a mock graduation ceremony and we opened it. Getting a degree is such a let down. It was two pieces of paper. A certificate and a transcript. I could print that off at home! Five years of university for THIS!!!!
- Arrived at the Festival just in time for The Middle East. Blood was an awesome singalong!
- Ate a divine pie. Decided to restrict my food intake after the previous day's binge on awful, terrible food
- Stayed with Tash for most of the day but met up with everyone for a massive dance to Friendly Fires. Couldn't believe Amz missed Paris! The horror.
- Staked out the main stage waiting for MGMT and The Flaming Lips. Found Amz and Dewey and all of the people we were staying with. I went ballistic in MGMT especially hearing their new songs. Everyone else was a bit underwhelmed. Flaming Lips were unreal. I want to find out how you get to be one of their dancers! Do you realiseeeee?
- Quick trip to Tipi and then the trudge home. Nathan gave me a piggyback. World's greatest karaoke dance party at home. S Club 7 absolutely went off.
- Opened at Boost with Tash
- Gave Tash shit about her lack of ass and tities. Poor girl needs to put some weight back on.
- Met Dee for a quick bakery roll
- Read about The Simpsons on Wikipedia. Addictive.
- Went to see Infusion with Carlie, Nicole, Mia, Lane, Mitch. Danced like crazy. Nathan would have loved it.
- Watched Star Wars: A New Hope (1977) with Nath at Krystle's
- Boost close for the first time in months, with Lara
- Tried to organise a date night to go ice skating but Tash and Nicole were at the Food and Wine Festival
- Went to Jai Dee with Trish, Joe and Trent
- Last night with Nathan before L.A. Watched Revenge of the Sith. Again! Nath hadn't seen it yet. Star Wars moment spiralling out of control.
- Went to Oatley Park for Broken Castle, a small local music festival organised by some friends
- Had the best day hanging out on the grass with Dee, Amz, Mia and Nicole. We made a proper day of it and bought drinks, rugs, and a full picnic hamper with lots of cheese, dips and snacks.
- Watched Bon Chat Bon Rat and Only The Sea Slugs. Really awesome.
- Stopped at the pub on the way home and asked Marco if a girl had tried to get into Fusion with an open bottle of champagne. It was Amz and he remembered her. I was probably too drunk to be at my workplace
- Went back to Mitch's house down on the water and continued the party. Nathan came over, we ordered Jai Dee thai, huddled around the heater, braved the cold to sit outside and lay on the floor listening to music
- Potentially attended my last lecture ever! ARHT2656: National and Transnational Cinema Lecture No. 11. We had a guest lecturer who wore an awesome velvet blazer. Need to find one on the Bay to buy Nate. And we watched Bjork in Dancer In The Dark (2000). Bit of a miss for both me and Amz. The musical numbers became torturous towards the end. But I still managed a tear or two.
- Saw someone actually spraying a graffiti heart in the Graffiti Tunnel at Uni. The first person I've ever seen in action!
- Went for a quick trip to Pitt Street and bought a new lipstick. Chanel Rouge Allure in Enthusiast.
- Skipped out on meeting Debbie to practice for our French Oral.
- Went to Chilli Blossom Thai and then Bizzo's for Grafton Primary and Art vs. Science. Proceeded to drink far too much due to the extreme wait at the bar, and was very ill on the way home.
- Opened at Boost with Tash, Ev and Matt
- Dee gave me lift and we watched an old man do a 5 point turn around a chicane
- Photoshopped a photo for my Mum, minimised Dad's sunburnt face
- Read Linda Goodman 'Love Signs' and 'Sun Signs'
- Had drinks at Nicole's house
