1. Bistro open 11-2
2. Had to wait for a bus again, so went down to change over the beer kegs with Iain. His friend has a Falls ticket for me!
3. Decided that the managers from the pub probably think that Iain and I are in love, because I always hang around after I finish work. But that's just because of the bus!
4. Tash picked me up and we went to Oxford Street for Andre's birthday. He had a new tattoo. Pretty awesome.
5. We never went to Ruby Rabbit because it was rap night or something. Got a lift home with Tasho.

1. Decided to organise a lovely lunch for all of my friends who are graduating this year!
2. Looked up all of the roles in marketing again to try to work out what I would be doing if I got the Clemenger job.
3. Tash came over and we sussed her post-grad opportunities for media study, talked shit and came up with some fun holiday plans
4. Went to the noodle markets in Hyde Park with Tash to meet Nicole, but she was kept back at work forever and didn't make it. The markets were ridiculously packed. What a silly idea
5. Had my first ever pork bun! Delicious!

1. Open at Boost. When will the torture end?
2. Went home before Prue's Birthday shindig, for a quick nap with Nath.
3. Overslepped and arrived at The Lounge at 5:00pm. A cocktail and some tempura fish. Delicious.
4. Took photos with my Diana F + Instant Back. Trying to learn how to use it.
5. Party moved onwards to Northies. No Fusion for me. A lift home with Lewis via Maccas.

1. Tsuki all day.

2. Met Nath, Tash and Simon for diner at a Thai place in Surry Hills. Delicious.

3. Walked to The Hopetoun for Sherlock’s Daughter EP Launch. We were there pretty early and watched both support acts. Kyu were pretty good. The singer from the second band was highly entertaining. It looked like he was making it up on the spot! I couldn't keep a straight face. The kids from Sherlock's Daughter were awesome. They looked so genuinely excited and happy to be there. Must have been a really great night for them.

4. Wore my new velvet jacket. Very regal.

5. Caught the train home. Ergh. Picked up a copy of mX and Sherlock's Daughter were in it. They keep popping up everywhere lately.

1. Once again tried to find the best course in film to do after I finish my degree in a few weeks! Seem to be spending a lot of time trying to work out what to do next these days
2. Spoke to my sister. Apparently her and Geoff are over for good. But she says that ever few weeks
3. Lift to Cronulla with Mum and Dad and their friends. Mum picked me out a nice wine that she thought I would like, after I whined about hating drinking at restaurants cause wine is disgusting
4. Dinner at Royal O with the girls from school. We are always so loud. I lose my voice at our dinners and everyone else in the restaurant hates us. People asked to move! I don't know why we are so damn loud.
5. On to the Lounge for more fun. A Canadian guy bought us bottles of Champagne for Prue's Birthday. Didn't get home till 2:30, which was late considering my early start the next morning. Prue ended up sleeping at Nathan's with me after we made a bad taxi decision.

1. Open at Boost with Tash and Georgia. Porgie hid my drink and distracted me from recovering my phone. Unfortunate.
2. Met Dee and Tash and got Ritz Chix for lunch, then went back to Dee's to sit in the last of the afternoon sun
3. Boozy catch up dinner with Dee, Tash, Amz and Mia. Good times making a ruckus out the front at Cedar's despite them trying to give us the boot before 10:00 pm.
4. Back to Dee's to continue the party. Early wake-up catching up with me. Used Dee's new remote for her camera to attempt a 'family portrait'
5. Nath picked me up and dropped Amz and Mia home. Finally rescued my picnic basket from the oh so long ago Broken Castle. I'm too scared to open it.

1. Tsuki all day. Stressful times finalising all RRFF promotions.
2. Ran to the post office and got there just in time. Hate running. Hate exercise.
3. Ordered Jai Dee thai. Sooo good. Been waiting for ages to get some, ever since Nate got back.
4. Tash came over and watched the Season Finale of Grey's Anatomy
5. Somehow stumbled onto the old Caringbah High website and forum for our year. Flashbacks. So funny!

1. Tried to find a video of someone singing Happy Birthday Melissa on YouTube for my sister's birthday
2. Called Liss and listened to her read out all of her birthday messages.
3. Waited at Grays Point turnoff for Sam and Paul. Spoke to Amz on the phone to pass the time. Excited for Saturday girls dinner.
4. Went to dinner at Thai Passion in Newtown with Angela, Nicole, Sam, Paul and Sarah.
5. Phoenix at the Enmore! Had a great view and lots of space. They were such a great band to see live. Lots of energy and a good mix of old and new songs.

July 27, 2009

1. Home time for most. But not us! A bit of cleaning up, mainly executed by Nath. Said our goodbyes to Tasho and left for the beach.
2. Lay on the beach in the nice winter sun. Such a great day for it. We stupidly bought Tim Tams for beach food and the great photo saga of Nathaniel P. Butterworth's Race Against The Melting Chocolate was created. Carlie and Michael came to find us but weren't too keen on our next plan
3. We decided to go for a lovely afternoon stroll down the beach in search of rockstars. But instead we only found rock faces. They were still pretty impressive! The rock was so soft you could make marks in it with your finger.
4. Met back up with Carlie and Michael at the Beach Hotel for late afternoon drinks, and then went to The Middle East with some of their friends for dinner
5. Afterwards we went upstairs to the balcony where Paul and Sam were staying. Hung out there for awhile. Felt pretty tired. Attempts to party on at the Beach and Cheeky Monkey's were pretty dismal and we were home before midnight

July 26, 2009

1. Arrived at the Festival just in time for The Middle East. Blood was an awesome singalong!
2. Ate a divine pie. Decided to restrict my food intake after the previous day's binge on awful, terrible food
3. Stayed with Tash for most of the day but met up with everyone for a massive dance to Friendly Fires. Couldn't believe Amz missed Paris! The horror.
4. Staked out the main stage waiting for MGMT and The Flaming Lips. Found Amz and Dewey and all of the people we were staying with. I went ballistic in MGMT especially hearing their new songs. Everyone else was a bit underwhelmed. Flaming Lips were unreal. I want to find out how you get to be one of their dancers! Do you realiseeeee?
5. Quick trip to Tipi and then the trudge home. Nathan gave me a piggyback. World's greatest karaoke dance party at home. S Club 7 absolutely went off.

July 25, 09

1. Woke up with a splitting headache. Was seriously worried that something in my skull might burst. Readied for Splendour and then started drinking out on our deck with everyone, shared sections of the newspaper
2. Walked to Splendour. Was a bit further than we had anticipated. Saw Yves Klein Blue. I think.
3. Went to Tipi Forest where the annoying theme song of the weekend made it's debut. Riverside Motherfuckers!
4. Walked to the camping ground to meet Amz and Mia. Parked there for a fair few hours and had far too many drinks. Everyone left and we had a singalong to Wild Horses and New Slang in the car. Thought I had lost my ring but had really only lost my shit.
5. Back to the Festival just in time to see the end of Bloc Party. Ran into Carlie and Michael, held hands and danced around in a circle. Back to Tipi and then home for more dance party action.

July 24, 2009

1. Got ready to leave for Splendour. Did my hair and spoke to Tasho and Nate. He had arrived safely at the airport and was sitting there waiting for our flight
2. Dad drove me to the airport and Nathan met us outside the Terminal to ditch his suitcase. Reunion time at the Departure Lounge. Got Maccas and had to throw away my tweezers and razor. I knew I would had to, don't know why I bothered bringing them. Nathan found 50 bucks!
3. Our "Reliable. Fast. Airport Transfer' was late. I dozed on the way to Byron listening to The Shins
4. At the house! Raining. We met all of Tash and Schmang's friends, who we were staying with. Started drinking and then departed for dinner
5. Nathan bought shit Rose and we all proceeded to get blind. Tried to get into Beach Hotel and stood in the line for an hour. Left and found Paul with "no pants on" out the back of the Northern. Went home and fell asleep on a bed made of cushions.

1. Open at Boost with little Maree. Hadn't seen her in about 6 months!
2. Debated as to whether to get Ritz Chix or Nandos for lunch. Bought Ritz Chiz for Dee and I.
3. Went back to Dee's house. Tasho came over and made her costume for the Tour de France party. Dee decided she wanted to go and we tried to work out a Poodle costume.
4. Back home for a little bit then up to the Bistro for close
5. Bistro was a shitfight when I got in but then quietened down. Drunk Mum and Dad picked me up.

1. Watched Star Wars: A New Hope (1977) with Nath at Krystle's
2. Boost close for the first time in months, with Lara
3. Tried to organise a date night to go ice skating but Tash and Nicole were at the Food and Wine Festival
4. Went to Jai Dee with Trish, Joe and Trent
5. Last night with Nathan before L.A. Watched Revenge of the Sith. Again! Nath hadn't seen it yet. Star Wars moment spiralling out of control.

1. Liss woke me up to tell me about MJ
2. She then fell asleep in my bed and made me late to the hairdressers
3. Spent 4 hours getting my hair coloured! First it was bleached yellow blonde, then tinted back to a dark blonde/light brown. Pretty happy with it now. Less orange!
4. Tash picked me up and we went back to Krystle's
5. Watched The Stepford Wives (2004) on TV. Hate watching films on TV. Longed for ice cream from Coles, but just wanted to find out how they turned Nicole Kidman into a robot.

June 3, 2009

1. Nathan stayed home with me for a sick day together. Both of us have a mild cold. Hope it isn't swine flu.
2. Intended on cleaning my room and starting my film essay but instead updated blogs and whatnot
3. Tried to find flights and accommodation for Splendour. Realised there is zero accommodation left. Just as I was thinking we might have to refund our tickets Tash messaged me to say that we can probably stay with her. Awesome!
4. Didn't realise Origin was on, so the pub was ridics busy. Urghh. 
5. Recieved my Matryoshka doll! So cute. But I blew wood chips in my eyes trying to remove the sawdust from inside it.

1. Potentially attended my last lecture ever! ARHT2656: National and Transnational Cinema Lecture No. 11. We had a guest lecturer who wore an awesome velvet blazer. Need to find one on the Bay to buy Nate. And we watched Bjork in Dancer In The Dark (2000). Bit of a miss for both me and Amz. The musical numbers became torturous towards the end. But I still managed a tear or two.
2. Saw someone actually spraying a graffiti heart in the Graffiti Tunnel at Uni. The first person I've ever seen in action!
3. Went for a quick trip to Pitt Street and bought a new lipstick. Chanel Rouge Allure in Enthusiast. 
4. Skipped out on meeting Debbie to practice for our French Oral.
5. Went to Chilli Blossom Thai and then Bizzo's for Grafton Primary and Art vs. Science. Proceeded to drink far too much due to the extreme wait at the bar, and was very ill on the way home.

1. Spent a lazy day at home
   
2. Attempted to cross off some things on my to-do-list. Pretty unsuccessful, but did get my uni email up and running
3. Went to Finders Keepers markets with Nath, Tash and Simon
4. They were too busy so we decided to come back later and went to dinner at Thai Times 9 in Newtown
5. Nathan and I tried to convince Tash and Simon to start Latin dancing classes with us. They laughed at my ambition for Nathan to become a professional dancer because he has "the right physique"
