- Trekked it home from Krystle's in an oversized jumper and uggboots. Classy.
- Nerdy computer day- finding new music, updating blogs and eBay shopping
- Had a 'moment' after a day in bed on the computer. Just want to move out and away! I can't wait.
- Tried to decide what my new reading material should be 'Popism' or 'A Town Like Paris.' Decided that both would just make me long to be elsewhere and probably weren't a great idea.
- Instead I turned my flower lights on, lit some incense and listened to music until I fell asleep. Ha! I knew I wouldn't remember my moment of discontent in the morning anyway.
- Wanted to make the most of the previous night's Coles shopping spree. So actually made breakfast. Jam on toast.
- Went to Miranda Westfield. Worst place ever. There was nothing to buy! I managed to find a warm, black jacket for going in to Tsuki. So sick of freezing! Also bought a bandage black skirt and stockings and suspenders, which I've been meaning to get for ages.
- Came home and found Russh on my bed. So got stuck into it for awhile.
- Close at the Bistro on Origin night. Though it would be a nightmare but wasn't too bad.
- Back to Krystle's and had Mi Goreng noodles for dinner. The first time I've ever had them. I put the fatty little satchel in and everything. Pretty good! Definitely would eat them all the time if I was backpacking again.
- Couldn't sleep in the early morning. I felt sick. Had two panadol on the train on the way in to Tsuki, and had to eat some of my cake so I wouldn't get ill.
- Jess told me about her internship interview with the hot, male model, who was, of course, also a good communicator. So funny! She called him to tell him that he had the position and left a message. He called back and I answered. I could just tell it was him! Had to try not to laugh. Like schoolgirls. Unfortunately new interns have been put on hold. Devastating.
- Had Mick's Chicken Goodness left overs for lunch. And then the rest of my Banana Caramel cake. Best lunch ever. No offense Nathan.
- Jane dropped me to Central and we talked about Spring Awakening and her audition.
- Caught the train back to Krystle's with Nathan. Watched the start of Orgazmo (1997) an early film by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, of South Park.
- Staying at Krystle's place while she is away in Bali. Woke up and finished Peggle! Yes! Then started to play Scrabble on my iPhone. A new iPhone gaming addiction.
- Came to my senses and realised I had to finish my application for the XYZnetworks internship program. Fixed my resume and wrote a cover letter.
- Started at the Bistro at 3:00. Strange time. Closed with Jess and a new girl.
- Went back to Krystle's with my swag of Bistro food. Mick's Chicken Goodness and a slice of Banana Caramel cake. Yum.
- Finished my application for XYZnetworks and sent it off!
- Convinced Nathan to come back to mine for lunch with my Nan, Pop and newly returned sister.
- Tane and Alecia were at Nath's place so we walked around and finally, I met little Matilda Butterworth. She was very cute and content. Not a cry baby at all!
- Back to my place to say goodbye to Nan and Pop. The grey nomads are on the move and are going away in their caravan for god knows how long.
- Took Scrabble and Cluedo to Nathan's house and attempted to organise a games night. No one could make it so I played my first ever game of Scrabble with Nathan. He won.
- After an entire day of complaining, "You said I could play Little King's Story today!", Nathan finally got his wish. I tried to finish off Peggle on my iPhone. How exciting.
- Open at Boost with Tash. Rainy and gross. So dead.
- Stopped at Dee's to pik up the Ice Skater dress and discuss the night's plans
- Attempted visit to Tane and Alecia's to finally meet Matilda. They weren't home but I left a Berry Crush in the fridge for Tane.
- Dee's car broke down so Nathan drove me, Dee, Cam and Carlie in to Danny's. Drinks at his house with him and Bec. Then walked down to the Annandale.
- Missed all the support acts, so straight on to Deerhunter. Pretty awesome. Smuggled in the vodka. Slightly too drunk. Cam had free Big Mac vouchers. My first ever Big Mac! Nath drove us home.
- Tsuki in the morning.
- Home to get ready for Pony Up!
- Went to thai on Oxford Street with Carlie and Michael before the gig
- Decided to hide my clear orange umbrella, that was part of a dancing costume, behind a bike
- Saw The Devoted Few and Pony Up! at Oxford Art Factory. Pretty intimate show. Spaz girls with zero sense of rhythm dancing in front of us. My umbrella was gone.
- Tried to get the Groupie application to work properly on my iPhone. Signed up a last.fm account for it and was amazed at how it scrobbles your iTunes to find out what you've been playing. Crazy!
- Sent tie dye tights out finally.
- Booked flights to Splendour. Yay!
- Continued to listen to the live recordings of MGMT's new songs on repeat.
- Closed at the Bistro.
- Tsuki day! No more walking to Tsuki with Jess cause she's on a health kick and is going to the gym in the mornings.
- Got a lift home with Jess.
- She told me about her crazy night at 2230 and meeting a nice, hot dude who introduced her to all of his friends and half his family!
- Pizza for dinner!
- Went back to Nathan's place.
- Had a self-declared 'admin' day
- Started my application for XYZnetworks internships
- Transferred money for Splendour, and put tickets up
- Emailed Robin about my internship stuff
- Closed at the Bistro
- Wasn't able to go to lunch at Tane and Alecia's to see Matilda because I had to work. Again!
- Went home and Auntie Teresa was there, telling Mum and Dad about her trip to Europe
- Arrived at the Bistro in a foul mood. Was pretty busy, took me all afternoon to polish cutlery and clean up after lunch. Dinner was dead though and I went home early!
- Kept a tally of staff coffees because I'm sick of making them and wanted to know if I was an overreacting bitch. Made 18 staff coffees in one day.
- Home to die. Realised I had to close Monday too. Arghhh.
- Horrible start to the day at Boost, with Tash and Katie
- Went back to Dee's and tried to help her get a Tamagotchi application for her iPhone
- Nath picked me up and I fell asleep at his house while he told me about Physics
- Woke up and decided to wear my uggboots to the Bistro
- So tired. But closed with Carlie so not too bad!
- Tried to wake up at 6:15 to start my essay. But just pressed snooze
- Finishing off stupid essay references, just put in random references that I didn't really use, as it is a 'research' essay
- Sent essay off to Nathan to print and hand in at uni. Officially finished uni for the semester! And finished my film major! And finished normal subjects at uni forever!
- Relaxation before starting a nightmare weekend of work
- Bistro madness. Saw Jess and took home coconut sorbets for Nath and I.
- Last day off before my essay was due
- Tried to finish off the section on Night on Earth (1991)
- Rushed home to get ready for Lily Allen. Nathan thought we would be late.
- Arrived at the Hordern. Tit-freezing cold. Ate some chips and nuggets at the Fox and Lion while we waited for the line to disappear
- Went inside and got a seat to watch the Casette Kids. They were decent enough but I really just wanted to see Lily! When she finally did come on she was amazing. Really great live! The crowd was a bit weird. No one seemed to dance or sing along and there were heaps of oldies. Nath and I got our boogie on and sang all the words. Had a great time!
- Avoided a day of essay torture by working at Tsuki
- Helped Joy with YCHR grassroots targets
- Left a little early so I could go home to do more of my essay
- Spoke to Amz about her first day at Chaotic Pictures, while walking to station
- Distracted by 'Talkin Bout Your Generation' which I find entertaining, even if Nathan doesn't
